For the 2013 meet, we are in the early stages of planning and are attempting to find sponsors willing to help advertise and also sponsor events such as a raffle or trophies for attendees.

what would the requirments of being a sponsor be?

We are looking for assistance at the event in any way such as volunteers, as well as either funding or donations for prizes/ tshirts/ other giveaway stuff!! All sponsors (as of right now) will be able to place a logo on the back of the event t shirt. Also the event provides an opportunity for advertising since we reach a group of BMW owners.
Let me know what you think or what you can do.
