Hotel Booked – Additional information coming

We are looking for an additional hotel to offer discounted rates for our participants in August. Stay tuned!
The most recent updated from the Quality Inn is that they are fully booked, including the rooms they had not originally reserved for participants! This agrees with our current tentive attendee list which shows over 100 cars on the way to Pagosa Springs this August!
Additional event updates will be sent in the upcoming week regarding t shirt preorders! To get your name on the mailing list, simply add your name to the attendee list.
Only about 9 weeks until we Drive 4 Corners!

    1. Ben, After visiting with the owners this last weekend, I have confirmed they have about 20 additional rooms remaining. They had a glitch in their booking system when they told us they were full.
      There are other hotels in the area but at this stage I have not been able to work out a group discount with them. The quality Resort will be ideal since they will house our Event Meeting Room and they have adequate space and parking for everybody. Not to mention you will be hard pressed to find a better rate for that weekend.
      It will be important to book your room sooner than later because I expect they will fill up based on the size of our group (and since it is peak tourist season).

      I will go over some of this information in a mass email being sent out in the next day or two. Event schedule is being finalized and the website will be updated periodically.
